Arkhos Club operates through a controlled production model. Each release is developed in limited capsules, with its own production, inventory, and distribution planning. Our structure was created to preserve what we consider essential: quality finishing, consistency in fit, raw material control, aesthetic fidelity, and the final product experience.
We do not operate through mass manufacturing. We believe excess compromises attention to detail. For this reason, we prioritize smaller, more selective operations with greater control throughout every stage of the process.
Arkhos Club products are released through specific drops and planned quantities. Certain pieces may or may not return once sold out. Some collections may receive future reinterpretations, while others will remain permanently closed. This model allows greater creative freedom for the brand while preserving the identity of each capsule and avoiding excessive production.
The availability displayed on the website reflects the real-time stock available at the moment of purchase. During release periods, certain sizes or products may sell out quickly due to the naturally limited nature of each collection. Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee automatic reservation. A product is only considered reserved after payment confirmation.
In exceptional situations involving inventory discrepancies, system failures, or operational inconsistencies, the customer will be immediately contacted by the responsible team. Arkhos Club also reserves the right to cancel orders identified with registration inconsistencies, suspected fraud, or payment-related irregularities.
All orders go through internal stages of verification, separation, packaging, and validation before shipment. During release periods, high operational demand, or specific seasonal dates, some orders may require additional processing time. Estimated deadlines will always be informed during the purchasing process.
At Arkhos Club, speed will never come before quality.
Minor variations in tone, print positioning, texture, stitching, or finishing may occur between different production batches. These characteristics are part of the natural processes of textile manufacturing and controlled-scale production and do not constitute defects. Images displayed on the website are illustrative and may present slight color differences depending on screen calibration or device settings.
Arkhos Club was built upon a philosophy of intentional, limited, and controlled production. Our objective is not to maximize manufacturing volume, but to maintain operational consistency, aesthetic identity, and quality standards in every release.
